Each day has been specifically designed by some of the best body transformation coaches in the UK to ensure maximum energy efficiency. With tested training and meal timings, we have  calculated each moment precisely so that you can make the biggest change in the shortest amount of time and still come back feeling rejuvenated and full of energy.
Of the 5 day retreat, 4 days follow the same format and are designed to push you to the limit and force your body to change. The remaining day, midway through the retreat, is used as an active recovery focusing on mobility, meditation and re-feeding the body.
